New Projects
Hay Everybody!!! Hows it all going? Have you done your xmas shopping yet?! i certainly haven't!! EEK! But there's always those last minute sales.....
Anyway lets catch up on the last week. Since we last spoke i've been very busy writing for this new project that my boyfriend Jake and I have started. I cant divulge too much information because were keeping it under wraps!! But I can say that these boys are FAR SUPERIOR to JLS!!!! Our boys could absolutely walk all over them they're that good!! He He!!
As well as that Ive just returned from a gig in Butlins this weekend!! Butlins!! Ive never been so it was an experience and a half but i can say that everyone was lovely and the audience was superb. I played in this big packed out arena there with my guitarist Randall and my drummer Craig and it was fab, we did a half hour set and also included a cover of Times Like These by The Foo Fighters which you can actually hear on the myspace player if you fancy a gander at it. I also spent Saturday with a good friend of mine in this lovely spa called Cedar Falls, we had massages and facials and I had a pedicure for the first time in my life! They use this funny exfoliating thing on the soles of your feet and my friend and I were in stitches the whole time cos it TICKLES!!! So all and all a great weekend. Listen guys it was my Great Auntie Jessie's 100TH BIRTHDAY on Saturday so a big shout out to Auntie Jessie she lives in Banff and shes a fantastic old bird!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY AUNTIE JESSIE!! WOO HOO!!! 100 YEARS OLD!!
So must get on with things now or else i'll be here all day yapping, I hope your all enjoying my Malawi Journal as its really important to me that you take the time to read it. Since being in Malawi I have been in touch with McCartneys people about building a Performing Arts School there so fingers crossed the response is a good one!!
