I was at the Lemon Tree on Sun 1st Feb. I have to say Sandi was brilliant but I'd like to say a few words about her support ... he was AMAZING!!!! A singer/songwriter by the name of CAL and he did a fantastic set of a mixture of his own songs and a couple of Rabbie Burns favourites, in honour of Homecoming 2009. I would urge everyone to check out CAL's website www.calmusic.co.uk. You'll not be disappointed.
Hey sandi, I was at the Lemon Tree Abz last Sunday Nite as well and that was just great! You're big back home in France, and even better on live.... Congratulations! Mel
Sandi I was at the Lemon Tree last night and your performance was AWESOME you and the band rocked...never heard you sound better, it was the best. Now looking forward to Banff on Thursday!!!
Fantastic interview in the times on line Sand, You go girl! I was over the moon to read about your breaking away from the stereotypical Scots folk singer image and heading off to pastures new and unexplored, I know you will produce something fantastic, Alex may be a pal but every time your name was mentioned in the press so was his and you were definately in danger of being labelled and thats something you really dont need.
Hi Sandi, I've managed to catch both the Dunf show and the Dundee show so far. Both brilliant! It was interesting to see you play a couple of different songs and to see how different your audience interaction was between the shows. You were much more chatty in Dunf: did you feel more relaxed? More to the point in Dundee - where was Danny's hat? I was hoping to see more of the shows but it looks like work commitments will prevent that - might make the SECC though. Good luck for the rest of the tour.
Hey, i was at the caird hall last night. You were great, so were the guests, it was a great night and can't wait to see u again, when ever that might be !
