Im an Ageing Muso Lead Singer and Bass player of Mark Grays Middleaged Spread Find us on Reverbnation and Facebook,
First saw Sandi At Rock N blues Skegness This year she was fantastic also very generous with her time after the gig to meet fans.
First heard her like everyone else with the Punk rocker single and possess both albums.
If she stays as bluesy as she is now I think she will be the next Bonnie Rait!
Hoping to see her again at Nottingham playhose in April
Hello! I am Laura, from Bedfordshire. I first heard Sandi in 2006 and have been listening ever since! I have seen her in Milton Keynes each time she's played there, also saw her at the Redbourn Festival a few years ago and in London last year. Going to see her in MK again next Wednesday and can't wait.
Seeing her live is great, it's an experience to remember!
Hi Martyn, hi everyone! :)
My name is Susana, I'm from Portugal and I'm 24 years old. At the moment I'm experiencing the University-graduate-who-can't-find-a-full-time-job syndrome.
I've been a fan of Sandi since I first heard her debut single back in 2006. Been following her career ever since. It's hard to pick a favourite song. At the moment it's a toss between Heart Of Stone and Shape I'm In. I love how Sandi keeps moving forward and reinventing her music, making each album so different from its predecessor, but all three of them have undeniable quality. Sandi is my favourite singer-songwriter.
I was sad when the old Sandi forum went down, so am really excited about this new forum!
My absolute favourite band (hands down) is Green Day. They've been the soundtrack of my life and I'm so thankful to them for all the good friends and beautiful memories they brought into my life.
I'm a Nature lover. Other things I like include The Simpsons, Conan O'Brien, the Spider-Man movies, The Beatles, Kaiser Chiefs, Amy Macdonald, and an amazing Rock & Roll band called Prima Donna (check them out!)
I think that's all. :)
Hello everyone!
I'm Maria Inês, you can call me whatever :) I'm 22 years old and I'm from Lisbon, Portugal. I'm currently in university, taking my masters degree in Landscape Architecture.
I first heard Sandi back in 2006 and have been listening to her music ever since :) Along with my lovely friend Susana . My favourite songs keep changing so it's hard to choose... recently I've been listening to Little Remedy, What If I'm Right and Gold Dust quite a lot :) I love it when I'm on the bus to uni and a Sandi song starts playing on my ipod, I can't help it but look through the window with a smile on my face
Fav bands & artists besides Sandi: The Beatles, Green Day, Paramore, Foo Fighters, Kaiser Chiefs, Arctic Monkeys, Kelly Clarkson, Prima Donna, Room Service, Circus Audium, etc etc etc :)
I could go on and on but I think I'm going to stop here for now. Anything else, feel free to ask :)
Vintage? Who are you calling vintage?
I could have found a 'vintage' poster and taken it seriously lol
Anyhoo, some of you might already know me from old incarnations of the boards or from else where on the world wide wonderweb. For those that don't, allow me to introduce myself (and those who think know me, pay attention too...might learn something new ;) )
I'm Vhari from Scotland. I'm Scottish first, British second. I'm pretty much open to all kinds of music but absolutely love my live music (with as many gigs crammed in as the bank manager allows :p) I'm a volunteer at my local hospital radio station where I present a 2 hour show, mainly requests but I do throw in some gems as well ;) A keen photographer and Zumbaholic.
I first heard of Sandi in way back in 2006 with the release of IWIWAPR and Smile...It Confuses People, first hearing her live at the album signing in Borders in Glasgow (RIP Borders ) Didn't properly see her in concert till 2008 **hangs head in shame** Don't ask me to pick favourite tracks though...we could be here a while...

Hi.
I'm Chris.
Only discovered Sandi by accident last Saturday at Holmfirth Picturedrome. It turned out to be quite the definition of "Serendipity". If you want to read more and see some footage of the gig, check out the gig review section:

Hi,I was at Sandi's Blakeney Harbour Room gig last weekend, and that has to be the best gig we've ever seen there. My favourite track is House of the Rising Sun.
Hi all. My name is Steve and I'm an Englishman living in S. Wales.
I first came across Sandi last year when I saw her supporting the amazing Joe Bonamasa in Birmingham. Following that I then saw her at the Great British Rhythm & Blues festival in Colne, Lancashire. It was after that I downloaded the Merchants and Thieves album, which I love and always have it playing in the car.
I saw Sandi last night playing at the Pontypridd Muni Arts Centre and she was, to coin an American word, "awesome", as were the band.
I will now keep an eye open to see where she's playing and go along when I can.
Steve
Hi i am Abbie I am 11 years old I am probably one of the BIGGEST SANDI THOM FANS EVVVVVVVVVVVVEEEEEEEERRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
HAVE YOU HEARD DEVILS BEAT ITS SO IMMENSE
Hi, I'm Amanda, I havent seen Sandi yet, however I will be next saturday, I also have meet and greet aswell. :D
I live in Cheshire in the UK. I've been a fan for years just never had the chance to see her.
Hey Sandi,
Brought our teenage daughter to see you at St Albans last night. Sorry for the poor turn out, after Glastonbury it must have been a bit of a come down, but thanks for scraping the mud off the stilettos and coming to see us. We had a great time; love the bluesier sound of your current set.
I've been a fan since hearing Punk Rocker on Johnny Walker’s drive time the first time round and our daughter "borrowed" The Pink and the Lily from our CD collection and has spates of non-stop playing.
Every track on Pink is a gem but I absolutely love "Successes Ladder". However, I have a feeling it may soon be replaced by Golddust.
Hope the festival season runs well for you.
Hi everyone!
I'm Thomas from sweden, I'm 42 and working as an project-/educational manager in the swedish healthcare service.
I found Sandi by accident a couple of years back when listening on the radio in the car. After that I managed to find her on youtube and was hooked. Just recently I got my hands on the Smiles promotional album with Under the sun which is a great song.
What I like about Sandi's music is the warmth and soul in the music and I think the first albums are the best so far but looking forward to what she will do in the future. Its rare with so good singer/songwriters that stays true to themselves and to their music.
I have never seen Sandi live, a bit too far to go to england for that but I hope that she will come to sweden in the future.
Have a great summer!
//Thomas
Hi I'm Clare. I'm a 21 year old University student from Essex, England studying in Norwich. I first heard Sandi when she released Punk Rocker and her Smile! album. It was hardly ever out of my CD player.
My favourite song is probably The Pink and the Lily, it really is never far from being stuck in my head. I also adore her version of Life on Mars.
I saw Sandi for the first time in concert in July and it was such an amazing experience. She really is incredible live and it was lovely to meet her afterwards. Would absolutely love to see her live again.
Hello to everyone on here :)
Clare
Hello!
I'm Marija from Croatia, 27 years old, working in tourism, but my biggest love & passion is music! Can't amagine my life without it, it's like the air I breathe, I'd say ;) Have so many amazing musicians who inspire me and Sandi is definitely one of them! I write poetry on & off, just trying to put some things off my chest. First it was only for me, but now I tend to share it on this poetry page, which is pretty cool.
I love all Sandi's songs, esp. love "Saturday Night", "Music in my soul", "Gold Dust", "Heart of Stone", "Ghost Town", "Wish I was a punkrocker", well, too many to write them all down. She's such an amazing singer/songwriiter & I'm happy to know her work!
I've never had a chance to see Sandi performing live, but hopefully someday, it will happen! Or I'll just have to save my money to go to UK & see her live in a concert, it's possible! Though, I'd really love if Sandi could come to Croatia to promote her new record, would be awesome!
Keep on spreading the word about this amazing musicians, I know all my friends know about her music!
Big hello to everybody,
Marija
Hi Martyn & everyone!
I'm relatively new to Sandi's music ~6 months. I think I have to go along with others - I wish I was a Punk Rocker touched my heart. I always consider myself a hippie at heart, partially because I'm a child of the 60's and remember my Summer of '69 very clearly.
I met Sandi in person recently at a club in LA called the Baked Potato. I was finishing a surfboard-for-charity project up I started with Joe Bonamassa back in April. I was fortunate enough to chat with both Joe and Sandi. Sandi and I hit it off and I offered to help her in anyway I could.
I'm trying to get Sandi's music out to all of San Diego county by tapping into my many friends in the radio biz and record stores. I'm pounding the turf to meet with my buddies, get her music on the airways, and hopefully - some appearances/interviews as well. (I'll closely coordinate with Sandi and Martyn before anything moves beyond conversation).
So very glad to be part of Sandi's Army, looking forward to meeting all of you, and wish all the best to the Sandi, Martyn, and Team!
Kind regards,
-John
Hiii guys I'm Megan, I've already being posting a load so some of you might recognise my name...and my constant pressuring to check out my blog...oh what the heck, http://www.allthingssandithom.blogspot.com/ haha!
So I've been a fan of Sandi's for a couple of years now, I heard Punk Rocker on the radio whilst trekking through 2ft of snow on my way to school haha! So since then I've loved her music and now I'm working at promoting her music as much as I can between GCSE work, and voluntary work at an animal rescue on Sundays! Any questions then take aim and fire haha! :)
Megan xx
Four more days and then me and the Mrs. head over to London to catch Joe and Sandi at the Hammersmith. 11-hr flight - I hope I survive. Maybe we can catch a bite to eat and chat a bit. I'm 100% certain Sandi knows a number of great spots to eat.
See you soon!
-John
Greetings from Southern New Jersey, USA!! I first heard of Sandi on the Joe Bonamassa forum and I think Merchant & Thieves is fantastic, I enjoy every song! I would love to see Sandi perform in the states sometime in near future~I think she is a huge talent on the guitar and vocals.
A big THANKS to Sandi for donating her used guitar strings to be made into jewelry to raise money for breast cancer patients at the StringsforaCURE Foundation. https://www.stringsforacure.com/store/product.asp?pid=391 One piece is up on the site for sale (click on Sandi's photo to view) and I have custom ordered a pair of earrings made from Sandi's strings similar to this design. https://www.stringsforacure.com/store/product.asp?pid=391
Congrats to Sandi on your awards and continued success in your musical endeavors.

--Hi Sandi! It's Bad Kitty! Love your forum and so glad you have one so we can post to you here.
I learned about Sandi when we learned (late 2009 I believe) that Joe Bonamassa was dating a darling, gorgeous, talented woman from Scotland! All us BonaBuddies were thrilled to bring Sandi into the BonaFamily! Now we can call it the "BonaThom Family!"
Sandi's voice is so pure, so powerful, and she can sing any note and give you goosebumps, make you cry, or make you tap your toe wildly! It is hard to pick a fav song but, as I've mentioned to Sandi before, my fav song is Sandi's version of House of the Rising Sun. WOWOWOWZER!!!
I just downloaded one of the songs from your new album, Sun Comes Crashing Down, and absolutely loved it. I can't wait to hear the rest of the album.
Here's to you Sandi!
Bad Kitty
