Here's Sandi on the story behind the track:

"The idea behind 'Monster' is that it's based on myself and my band while we're out on the road. I guess you could say that things can get pretty UGLY out on the road, a bit HAIRY and a bit CRAZY! Almost like a MONSTER!

"Plus we've all got a lot of HAIR and beards apart from me of course! Which is rather like a MONSTER and when we roll out of our bunk beds in the morning the noises we make sound a lot like a monster! Lots of moaning and groaning! And with the BOOZE flowing pretty regularly we wake up most days less like a bear with a sore head and more like a MONSTER with a sore head!

"I envisage me and the band to be a bit like CHEWBACCA from Star Wars or SULLY from Monsters inc. So we might look pretty scary on the outside but underneath all that hair and grumbling we're lovely really!
